Free Range Stock - High Res Royalty-Free Stock Photos
a great site with lots of high-quality, high-resolution, royalty-free stock photos! Requires registration, which will cause you to get a once-per-month email newsletter.
Jahaska - Open Source Video Editor
a popular open-source video editing program. I found the interface clunky and non-obvious, others may appreciate it more.
Avid Free DV
A stripped-down version of one of the top video editing software programs out there. I also found it to have a rather non-obvious interface. Registration required for download. "Avid Free DV is feature-streamlined, standalone software which includes basic video and audio editing capabilities, up to two streams of real-time effects and support for both Windows XP and Macintosh OS X platforms."
Luminious - projection software for your church
Luminous is a free projection software designed to meet the needs of a contemporary worship service. It requires a fairly minimal system. And it has a unique feature: the ability to broadcast the image over a network, which opens up the possibility of projecting for confidence monitors, cry rooms, overflow areas, etc. just using a Cat5 network and a client PC in each area.
